Art Montessori Canusmex Inc. is the Canadian franchise of Art Montessori located in France.
The main shareholder is Jonathan Leduc, a cabinetmaker for over 20 years, and owner of the Académie du meuble located in the small village of Sainte-Cécile-de-Milton on the Montérégie and Eastern Townships line. Danielle Huard, a minority shareholder, is a graduate of the HEC in Montreal and has worked most of her life in marketing/promotion and finished her cabinetmaking course in 2004.
The invaluable partners, Joël Philippin Stefansen, a cabinetmaker and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in marquetry, and his wife Sylvie d'Esclaibes, a successful Montessori author and owner of several Montessori schools and daycare centres, are, for Danielle and Jonathan, the mentors to enable Montessori integration in Canada.
A team linked by a solid friendship with competences that come together and complement each other to offer Canadian day-care centres and families everything they need to have an opening or not on the Maria Montessori model.
